1 1/2 cups whole bran 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 1/2 cup honey 1 egg 1/2 cup softened butter 1/2 cup raisins
Mix together the bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine the milk, honey, egg and butter. Combine with the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the raisins.
Grease the muffin pans and fill cups two-thirds full. Bake for 20 minutes or until done in preheated 200°C. oven.
