1 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 cup oats 1 cup raisinsPreheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line 9 by 13 inch pan.
Cream butter with both sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt and baking soda, sifted together.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Spread in prepared pan. Bake 1/2 hour. Cool slightly and cut into 32 bars.
